Kimjang (Kimchi-making)

Jagalchi is Korea’s largest seafood market, located in the coastal city of Busan. Visitors can enter on the ground floor, explore the wide variety of fish on offer, choose their favourite and have it sent to a restaurant upstairs to be freshly cooked or prepared as hwe (thinly sliced raw fish).
